Chris has a background in Track and Field, Football, Soccer, and Golf, as well as Mixed Martial Arts and Archery. Chris earned his Exercise Science degree from Bridgewater State University and he began strength coaching and personal training. Through 8 years of personal training, coaching, and internships, Chris has developed a balanced, goal oriented approach to strength and conditioning. He also has experience tackling weight loss, injury prevention, and developing long term fitness goals. Chris emphasizes creating a strong base foundation, and promotes flexibility and mobility training which fosters healthy habits that will lead to becoming injury free for life.
