KOHR FIT:
This class is designed for competitive high school athletes looking to take their game to the next level. Initially, each player receives a comprehensive evaluation using the Titleist Performance Institute Movement Screen. This comprehensive evaluation will pinpoint relative strengths and weaknesses.
Coach Chris then designs an individualized program for each athlete. Each player will focus on developing strength, mobility, and flexibility through resistance band and bodyweight exercises.
PRIVATE TRAINING:
KOHR Golf’s Athletic Performance Director, Chris Dagostino, will help golfers of all ages and abilities achieve their potential both on and off the golf course. Beginning with a TPI movement screening to determine any deficiencies, Chris works both one-on-one, or in small group settings, to help golfers improve their physical fitness. All training sessions will be tailored to each individual’s ability level, with modifications made for exercises that are too difficult or too easy for anyone. While the main goal will always be to improve, there will still be room for fun and enjoyment, all the while pushing everyone to be their best.
KOHR’s state of the art fitness center and advanced training programs will help golfers of all ages and abilities to exceed any and all expectations!
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS:
The program is designed to help maximize overall athleticism to helping athletes remain healthy over the course of the entire golf season. Working in a small group setting will allow athletes to maximize performance and learn how to exercise using correct techniques.
