KOHR Golf’s Athletic Performance Director, Chris Dagostino, will help golfers of all ages and abilities achieve their potential both on and off the golf course. Beginning with a TPI movement screening to determine any deficiencies, Chris works both one-on-one, or in small group settings, to help golfers improve their physical fitness. All training sessions will be tailored to each individual’s ability level, with modifications made for exercises that are too difficult or too easy for anyone. While the main goal will always be to improve, there will still be room for fun and enjoyment, all the while pushing everyone to be their best.
KOHR’s state of the art fitness center and advanced training programs will help golfers of all ages and abilities to exceed any and all expectations!
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS:
The program is designed to help maximize overall athleticism to helping athletes remain healthy over the course of the entire golf season. Working in a small group setting will allow athletes to maximize performance and learn how to exercise using correct techniques.
GOLF BOOT CAMP:
Golf Boot Camp is designed for adults who are looking to get into great shape for golf season. The goal of this class is to have fun, get in shape, and create a foundation to start playing and feeling your best. Emphasis is placed on core strength, hip and shoulder mobility, and overall power development.
